Our Thursday Community Group provides a full supported day out in the community with a 1:2 support ratio (one staff member supporting two participants). This group runs for approximately 9 hours, with food provided.
Participants are supported to enjoy meaningful community activities while building confidence, independence, and social connection in a safe and structured environment.
This may include:
• Community outings and recreational activities
• Social participation and confidence building
• Support with routines, safety, and public environments
• Assistance with meals and personal needs during the day (as required)
Locations vary depending on the plan for the day and participant preferences.
